Accountabilities
- Drive the expansion of our App Marketplace by evaluating, negotiating, and acquiring partners.
- Collaborate with leaders across various departments to inform integration partnership strategies.
- Develop business cases using quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate partnership opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and identify gaps in product functionality for effective integrations.
- Optimize the App Marketplace program for efficiency and growth across multiple stakeholders.
- Communicate product vision effectively to partners inside and outside the App Marketplace.
- Scale team and partner programs in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage partner integrations ecosystem to ensure performance meets expectations.
- Collaborate closely with GTM and Product Solutions teams for effective partner launches.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, Management Consulting, or Product Management.
- Bachelor's Degree; MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Strong business development skills with experience in signing software integration partnerships.
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and work cross-functionally.
- Experience in developing and presenting compelling business cases to stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for simplifying complex problems.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Comfort in developing strategic plans from unstructured ideas.
- High motivation, initiative, and positive attitude; knowledge of Trades Industries is a plus.
