This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Treasury Cash Forecasting Team Member. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring clear visibility of cash and robust liquidity planning as the organization grows. You'll be involved in daily cash operations and will oversee forward-looking liquidity, integrating hands-on execution with strategic forecasting and process design. Accountabilities
- Own daily cash positioning and short-term liquidity visibility across corporate accounts.
- Ensure sufficient liquidity to support operating needs and strategic priorities.
- Lead the cash forecast model and maintain forecasting cadence.
- Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and Operations to refine cash drivers.
- Maintain liquidity ladder and identify potential gaps early.
- Produce timely cash and liquidity reporting in alignment with standards.
- Lead and develop a small treasury team with clear roles and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance.
- Strong knowledge of liquidity management and forecasting techniques.
- Experience in capital-intensive or infrastructure-oriented sectors.
- 2+ years of leadership or team management experience.
- Hands-on experience with cash flow forecast models and analysis.
- Familiarity with Kyriba TMS and ERP systems is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, remote working environment.
