We’re a small, friendly team, and we like working with people who are curious, thoughtful, and not afraid to take ownership. Everyone here cares about doing good work, improving a bit every day, and supporting each other so the whole company runs smoothly.

We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning important operational tasks. You’ll help keep the business running smoothly, directly support me as CEO, and jump in wherever needed to make our processes better and our team unblocked.

Your day-to-day will be varied and hands-on:

✨ Stay up to date on everything happening across the company
🧩 Handle routine operational tasks like configuring HubSpot and Stripe, supporting tax filings, helping the bookkeeper, managing insurance renewals, and setting up vendor accounts
💬 Keep communication flowing and help team members stay unblocked
📅 Support me with personal admin tasks
📊 (Later on) Assist with marketing and sales ops, including reporting and pipeline tasks

You’ll work full-time with significant overlap with US Eastern Time and will report directly to me, Jeff.
