About the Role
Koala Health is looking for a Partner Account Manager to own the ongoing success of our clinic partners. This role is focused on partner implementation, relationship management, and operational execution, ensuring clinic partners are set up for success and continue to see value from their partnership with Koala. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clinic partners, guiding them through onboarding, supporting day-to-day needs, driving adoption of Koala workflows, and helping practices improve outcomes such as prescription adherence, client engagement, and operational efficiency.
This role requires vet and/or healthcare industry experience and is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships, solving operational challenges, and working cross-functionally to deliver a great partner experience.
