In this role, you are end-to-end responsible within the category team for managing suppliers and creating, managing, and renewing contracts within the Electronics category. You work closely with colleagues from Product Development, Proposition Management, Operations, and other teams within the Integrated Supply Chain, as well as with external partners. You involve Procurement early in product changes and collaborate with suppliers on joint innovations that directly impact the quality and reliability of our electronic components.
You build strong, trust-based supplier relationships, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement. You also execute sourcing and contracting projects that align with the category strategy and business needs.
• Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships and monitor performance in areas such as quality, logistics, technology, cost, and compliance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate supply risks at supplier and item level to ensure continuity and reliability.
• Draft, manage, and improve contracts and framework agreements to ensure compliance and maximize value.
• Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms, including contract renewals and periodic price agreements.
• Lead sourcing and contracting projects, selecting suppliers for technical initiatives within the approved supplier base.
• Contribute to value engineering, cost reduction initiatives, continuous development projects, and procurement-related improvements.

• A completed Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or another technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in strategic and or tactical procurement, preferably within high-tech or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with manufacturing and or series production processes is considered a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract management.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and analytical tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• A valid driver’s license for supplier visits.
• Willingness to travel internationally, approximately 10 to 20 percent.
