Location: remote in the USA in the Southern Region
South Territory: TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, AL, GA, SC, FL
**Due to frequent travel requirements, candidates must be located within a 30-minute drive of a major metropolitan airport
Reports To: Vice President, DSD & Distribution
Travel Requirement: up to 75% field based travel required
Direct Reports: a team of 10 to 15 comprised of Regional Distributor Managers, Sales Execution Managers, and Field Sales Representatives

About the Role:
As General Manager of Field Sales, you’ll own regional field sales performance and execution. You’ll lead and develop a multi-layer field team—including Regional Distributor Managers (RDMs), Sales Execution Managers (SEMs), and Field Sales Reps (FSRs)—to accelerate sales volume, revenue growth, and best-in-class in-market execution.
This is a highly cross-functional role that partners closely with the Liquid Death Marketing team, National Account Sales team, Sales Operations team, Finance team, and Supply Chain team to translate growth strategy into measurable results in the field.

The typical salary range for this position is: $150,000 - $180,000
