About Maneva
Maneva is an AI services company founded by a former Google DeepMind researcher, focused on transforming manufacturing operations through advanced AI. We enable autonomous factory operation and optimization by generating AI-driven actions and insights using off-the-shelf hardware or existing vision systems.
Our solutions address real-world manufacturing challenges across product and equipment inspection, production efficiency, safety, and operational performance—delivering measurable impact without requiring heavy infrastructure changes.
Role Overview
Maneva is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead all financial functions and serve as a core member of the company’s leadership team. This role is critical to building the financial foundation required to scale Maneva from early traction through sustained, large-scale growth.
As Head of Finance, you will own financial strategy, systems, and discipline across the company—partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team to support growth, capital efficiency, and long-term value creation. You will transition finance operations from a fractional model to a fully owned, internal function and build the financial infrastructure needed to scale a high-growth SaaS business.
This is a hands-on, builder role suited for a finance leader who has successfully scaled startups from early revenue to $100M+ and understands both strategic finance and day-to-day operational rigor.
