| We’re excited to share this role on the Business Intelligence Team which is part of the larger Finance organization. Reporting to and working in close collaboration with the Vice President of Strategy & Analytics as part of the dynamic team that reports business results, informs strategic action, and implements special projects at a fast-pace growing mid-sized company. | The Senior Analyst, Management & Performance Analytics, will develop and oversee reports and tools that indicate performance of key elements of the Mercer business and identify levers for improvement. The portfolio of projects is anticipated to initially include:
Key technologies today are Orion, Salesforce, Power BI, Azure Synapse, Python, and Microsoft Office. |

Actual base pay within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills and licenses/certifications. This position is also eligible to earn incentive compensation through one of Mercer Advisors’ incentive compensation programs.
