We are looking for a highly skilled User Acquisition Manager to own and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Korea, Japan, and broader APAC markets. In this role, you will drive measurable user growth, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, and partner with a cross-functional team spanning Creative, Product, Data, and Sales. You will play a strategic role in scaling our user base while shaping our approach to performance marketing across key Asian markets.
Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and optimize UA campaigns across major platforms including local platforms.
Analyze performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven optimization recommendations.
Report campaign results and insights to internal stakeholders.
Partner with Creative to develop and test high-performing assets.
Manage relationships with ad networks, DSPs, and platform partners; identify new growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Product, Data, Creative, and Sales teams.
Stay up to date on mobile UA trends, privacy changes, and new platform opportunities in APAC.
Requirements:
3–4+ years of hands-on mobile UA or performance marketing experience.
Proven success managing multi-platform campaigns and meaningful budgets.
Bilingual in English + Korean or Japanese (both written and spoken).
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.).
Experience with SDK networks, DSPs/SSPs, and major UA platforms.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
