About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to take ownership of the affiliate channel across Buyagift and Red Letter Days, driving scalable growth, strong commercial performance, and high-quality customer acquisition.
In this role, you’ll lead the affiliate strategy end to end — from planning and optimisation to performance analysis and partner management. You’ll work closely with our wider Acquisition, Marketing, B2B and Trade teams to ensure affiliate activity aligns with broader business goals, while managing significant budgets and delivering against ambitious targets.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and enjoys building strong relationships both internally and externally.
