The Sr. Sales Enablement Manager will play a critical role in strengthening NETGEAR’s global sales effectiveness by equipping our sales teams and partners with the messaging, skills, tools, and programs needed to win. This individual will own the creation of business-focused sales content, drive onboarding and ongoing training programs, and lead initiatives that elevate sales performance across the organization. This is a highly cross-functional, high-visibility role that directly impacts revenue growth, sales productivity, and the overall success of our customer and partner engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement Content Creation: Develop high-impact sales and business-focused talk tracks for customer and partner conversations.
Sales Onboarding Program Ownership: Design and maintain a structured onboarding program that accelerates new-hire ramp time.
Skillset Validation & Competency Programs: Build and run an assessment framework to validate sales competencies aligned to NETGEAR’s enablement curriculum. Analyze skill gaps across the global sales organization; define remediation paths and targeted coaching plans.
AI Sales / Tech Transformation: Assess and recommend next-generation sales technology solutions to integrate in sales workflows.
Ongoing Enablement & Weekly Communications: Partner with cross-functional teams to incorporate product, marketing, and operational updates into ongoing training cycles.
Long-Tail Communication Leadership: Lead communications and enablement content tailored for long-tail partners and extended sales audiences. Create self-service, scalable enablement of assets to broaden reach without requiring high-touch training.
Required Qualifications:
5–8 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Sales Training, or related roles within a B2B or channel-driven organization.
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience creating sales-facing content (talk tracks, value messaging, pitch narratives) that is business-oriented rather than technical.
Experience developing and running onboarding programs and structured ongoing enablement cadences.
Ability to design and administer skills assessments or certification programs for sales representatives.
Expertise working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
Project management excellence, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and hit deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting channel/partner sales or long-tail sales motions.
Background working in technology, networking, hardware, or SaaS industries
Experience using sales enablement platforms, including AI-powered platforms, Learning Management Systems, or analytics tools.
Physical Requirements:
Limited travel may be required.
