About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Revenue Operations Leader - someone who loves turning chaos into clarity, automating the boring stuff, and watching the numbers move because of what they built.
This is an execution-first role for someone who thrives on ownership and impact. You’ll own the systems, automations, and data flows that power how we find, score, route, and close deals - and how we scale that process across the world. You will truly have the autonomy and space to make things happen.

What You’ll Do
1. Build the Lead Engine
Design and run the systems that fuel our pipeline:
Own the process of finding and enriching high-quality leads - designing scalable, data-informed ways to grow our pipeline.
Manage scoring, enrichment, and territory logic
Route leads to AE’s and SDR’s automatically in Salesforce & Gong.
Maintain structured, high-quality data across every source
Set up smart alerts and workflows that surface opportunities in real time
Your impact: Consistent flow of qualified leads to the right reps, with clean data and measurable lift in conversion.
2. Optimise the Funnel
Make our revenue funnel perform like a machine:
Define and monitor every stage of the sales funnel from
Spot leaks or slowdowns before they cost us revenue
Build dashboards that give instant visibility into funnel health
Design and run experiments to not only boost conversion and first purchases, but also forecast and grow customer lifetime value
Automate alerts for deal slippage or inactivity
Your impact: A predictable, visible funnel that improves week over week.
3. Turn Data Into Decisions
Build the foundation for data-driven growth across the entire customer journey:
Create connected dashboards that reveal what’s working, and what’s not, across acquisition, conversion, retention, and reactivation
Track core metrics like First Purchase rate, ARPU, retention, and payback
Automate summaries and insights for leadership in Slack or dashboards so every team - from Revenue to Finance - can act fast and stay aligned
Your impact: Actionable insights that shape GTM and company decisions.
4. Scale Systems & Automation
Keep the GTM engine running without friction:
Own and optimise Salesforce, Clay, Gong, ThoughtSpot, 11x, and more
Automate lead enrichment, routing, and follow-ups end-to-end
Create new workflows that eliminate manual work
Collaborate with Product & Engineering to surface customer insights influencing the roadmap and future product decisions

5. Enable Sales Through Smart Systems
Empower the sales team to spend more time with customers and less time on admin:
Champion new tools and training that improve sales productivity, backed by real time feedback from the team
Simplify workflows and ensure every tool, template and process helps reps close faster and with higher quality
Your impact: A sales org that’s fast, focused, and friction-free.
Who You Are
6-10 years in Revenue, Growth, or Sales Operations
Fluent in Salesforce, Clay, Gong and automation tools (e.g. Zapier/Make.com).
AI-first mindset - you actively use and experiment with AI tools to automate, analyse, and accelerate work
Data-savvy - comfortable building your own dashboards and queries
Bias toward execution - you build, test, and iterate without waiting for perfection
Curious, systems-minded, and love making things run smoother every day
