Our fast-growing e-commerce startup is scaling multiple high-performing brands and campaigns. We’re seeking a strategic, experiment-driven Google Display / Native Advertising Specialist to lead our upper-funnel and retargeting strategies. You will bridge the gap between media buying and creative strategy, owning the performance of Display and Native campaigns while exploring Push opportunities.
This role isn't just about managing bids; it is about managing the user journey. You will work closely with our creative and CRO teams to build high-converting funnels—optimizing everything from the ad creative and "hook" to the pre-sell page and final checkout. Your decisions will directly impact our ability to scale, and we actively encourage you to test bold angles, challenge the norm, and propose better ways to capture attention.
