- Define testing objectives, scope, and success criteria for each test phase, covering both manual and automated test activities.
- Test Execution and Reporting
- Execute manual and automated tests for membership purchase, subscription lifecycle, billing, and account flows; analyze test results and report defects, issues, and bugs in a clear, concise manner.
- Use and implement big data monitoring against acceptance criteria where applicable (e.g., events, orders, renewals, entitlements).
- Visualize data and metrics to communicate test coverage and quality status to stakeholders.
- Automation and Continuous Integration
- Implement, maintain, and enhance test automation using Playwright (must‑have).
- Integrate automated testing in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins) to support continuous testing and fast feedback.
- Experience with Playwright MCP is highly valued.
- Collaboration and Debugging
- Work closely with developers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to debug issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Advocate for best practices in QA and continuously improve testing methods, processes, and tools within the squad.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior test team members and peers when needed.
