Where we work
Owner is a remote-first, global company headquartered in San Francisco, with a sales hub in Toronto. For a few of our roles we prioritize in-person collaboration at one of our office locations. Why we’re looking for you
We’re seeking a strategic Recruiting Operations Analyst to design, optimize, and scale the systems and processes that power our hiring. As Owner grows, this role will ensure our recruiting operations can meet ambitious goals while maintaining a high hiring bar and excellent candidate experience. You will lead programs, build infrastructure, drive adoption, and use data to inform decisions, making a direct impact on the organization’s ability to attract and retain top talent.
This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
