The Manager III, GTM Systems & Operations combines people leadership with process and systems expertise to drive operational excellence across the go-to-market organization. This role leads a team of Sales Operations Analysts and ensures GTM processes and tools—such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and CPQ—are optimized for scalability, efficiency, and data integrity. The position emphasizes team development, process governance, and cross-functional alignment to enable revenue growth and informed decision-making.
