The opportunity
As Head of Commercial Enablement, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of field operations and commercial enablement to ensure launch readiness, operational excellence, and sustained market performance. You’ll oversee commercial supply chain planning, CRM and field technology platforms, training and incentive programs, and performance analytics to drive field effectiveness and customer engagement. Partnering cross-functionally across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Medical Affairs, this role ensures seamless alignment from demand forecasting to field execution.
