You believe in the importance of providing high-quality care to all communities
You are experienced or open to treating individuals with substance use disorders, such as OUD or AUD, and providing Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) as part of their care.
You are adept at learning new technologies and using technology in your practice, as we are a tech-heavy start-up.
You enjoy working in a collaborative work environment that values the support and mentorship of like-minded individuals.
You are dedicated and able to provide patient-centered psychiatric care
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

Psychiatric Evaluations and Medication Management: Deliver compassionate and high-quality psychiatric care, addiction care, and medication management through a convenient telehealth platform, ensuring members receive accessible and effective care.
Team-Based Collaboration: You will be part of an integrated team of prescribing clinicians, nurses, and care coordinators that, together, will provide members with the highest-quality clinical care
Collaborative Case Conferences: Partner with your fellow clinical and care team to assess and adapt treatment strategies for high-risk members bi-weekly, ensuring they receive the most effective and holistic care possible.
Member Education and Health Promotion: Empower members with education on preventative practices and lifestyle habits that support long-term mental and physical well-being.
Continuous Learning and Knowledge Sharing: Stay informed about the latest evidence-based psychiatric practices and share key learnings with the ReKlame Health community, contributing to a collective pursuit of excellence in mental health care
Thorough Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate, detailed patient records to document symptoms, treatment plans, medications, and progress. Ensure comprehensive insights to support informed care decisions.
Work from home: Evaluate and treat members from the comfort of your own home through a telehealth video platform
AI-Powered Tools: Lighten your documentation workload and maximize member-focused care.
Team-Based Approach: Work alongside dedicated care navigators and registered nurses to deliver comprehensive, member-focused care. With administrative tasks expertly handled, you can devote your energy to what matters most, providing exceptional care to members.
Robust Clinical Support from Day One: Access to a collaborating psychiatrist (if needed) in your state, senior peer mentors, a clinical mentorship program, and a custom-built clinical content library.
Supportive Community: Weekly supervision if needed, biweekly high-risk case conferences, and unlimited asynchronous (you are always supported) synchronous access to your clinical mentor.

Full-time salaried position at a rate of $110,000 to $140,000 yearly (commensurate with skills experience and locality)

Required Qualifications
A Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York without any restrictions (active or pending)
A Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) certification in New York (active or pending)
ANCC Board Certification in Psychiatry (active or pending)
