Reliant Health Partners (“Reliant” or the “Company”) is seeking a Director of Sales to join our team. Reliant is a portfolio company of Shore Capital Partners and is a pre-payment claims repricing provider focused on cost reduction for Group Health Plans and Workers’ Compensation.
We truly believe we are building something special – a robust suite of cost containment solutions – through additional hires and expansions and additions in product offerings as we grow within the claims re-pricing ecosystem and across cost containment adjacencies. We are projecting rapid growth, and the Director of Sales will play a key role in continuing to drive that growth. We are currently seeking a sales professional responsible for establishing, developing, and expanding our broker relationships. The position will report to the Chief Sales Officer and have a high level of visibility and interaction with the management team as well as Shore Capital Partners.
Primary Responsibilities
The Director of Sales will be responsible for establishing and executing a broker-focused sales approach to help Reliant achieve its sales targets. Using a high degree of knowledge in the overall field, the Director of Sales will work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, offering expertise, problem-solving, and strategic solutions. The successful candidate for this position will be an experienced and respected sales executive with a demonstrated track record of growing a profitable book of business within a high-growth private equity environment. The optimal candidate will have:
Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
