Position Overview
This role is primarily focused on recruiting and talent acquisition, with light involvement in HR administrative support. The ideal candidate has hands-on recruiting experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support onboarding and documentation processes in a regulated healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for open roles
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
- Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
- Assist with offer coordination and hiring documentation
HR & Onboarding Support
- Support new hire onboarding, including paperwork, system access, and coordination with internal stakeholders
- Manage hiring-related documentation with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy
- Maintain organized records in ATS and HR systems
- Assist with compliance-related documentation and tracking
Nice to Have
- Experience with high-volume or pipeline-based recruiting
- Exposure to healthcare recruiting or HR environments
