Country Manager

We are partnering with a fast-growing European cloud infrastructure provider that delivers high-performance IaaS and PaaS solutions to over 1,500 business clients. The company has already earned the trust of over 1,500 enterprise clients, 150+ global partners, and operates from five strategically located data centers.Their core strength lies in delivering high-performance, customizable cloud solutions with 24/7 technical support and a commitment to long-term partnership.
As part of their strategic growth roadmap, they are now looking to deepen their presence in one of their most important markets — Poland and are hiring a Country Manager to lead commercial and local operations. This is a highly visible, entrepreneurial role for a leader who thrives on ownership, outcomes, and opportunity.
The Country Manager will be responsible for the creation and development of a strategically important region. This includes achieving and exceeding revenue goals, building deep relationships with key enterprise clients and partners, and developing a compelling local value proposition for the company’s cloud products and services.
This is a role for a dynamic, entrepreneurial business leader with a proven ability to shape strategy, drive growth, and lead cross-functional teams. You should thrive in fast-paced environments and be energized by creating lasting commercial impact.
Take ownership and lead end-to-end operations for the Poland market
Develop and execute a market strategy aligned with business goals
Monitor industry trends, client needs, and competitor activity to inform ongoing commercial planning
Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies targeting both enterprise clients and channel partners
Expand the client portfolio by acquiring new customers and strengthening existing key relationships
Lead, motivate, and grow the team based in Warsaw
Set clear goals, manage performance, and ensure alignment with company culture and values
Work collaboratively with HQ and regional teams to ensure strategic and operational alignment
Ensure that the company’s values and processes are consistently implemented at the local level
Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level decision-makers across key accounts
Represent the company at industry events and participate in relevant marketing initiatives
7+ years of proven experience in enterprise partnerships in a SaaS / PaaS / IaaS or cloud services environment
Demonstrated success in an impact-driven role directing the growth of a business, preferably with high-growth, enterprise B2B products
A track record of signing new enterprise-level clients and consistently exceeding sales quotas
Excellent prospecting skills and ability to build and manage executive-level relationships
Professional working proficiency in both Polish and English (B2+ or above) is essential
Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Ability to balance high-level strategic planning with day-to-day operational execution
Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and always seeking innovative solutions to improve client relationships
Superior project and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Based in Warsaw or willing to relocate; ability to travel as needed
