B2B Sales Representative

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Our client is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative who will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. This role will focus on connecting with decision-makers in the wellness, retail, and real estate sectors to generate new business opportunities, qualify leads, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales processes, and the ability to confidently close deals.

Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Cycle Management

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals with spas, wellness centers, retail boutiques, real estate companies, and boutique partners.

• Lead Generation

  • Conduct outbound B2B outreach to generate qualified leads, introducing the brand’s products and services clearly and persuasively.

• Lead Qualification

  • Qualify leads based on their fit, interest, and purchasing potential to ensure high-quality opportunities are passed to the sales team.

• Closing Sales

  • Successfully navigate objections and negotiate terms to close deals, meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Pipeline Management

  • Maintain and update CRM records, tracking leads, opportunities, and progress through the sales pipeline.

• Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, managers, and key decision-makers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

• Follow-Up

  • Set up follow-up calls or appointments as needed, ensuring potential clients are nurtured throughout the sales process.

• Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to refine outreach strategies, enhance messaging, and identify new sales opportunities.

• Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and report on key sales metrics such as outreach targets, conversion rates, and sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of the full sales cycle and a proven track record of closing deals (references will be requested). Preference for any experience selling in the US market.

• Communication Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with business owners and decision-makers.

• Sales Expertise

  • Confident in handling objections and adapting messaging to suit different prospects, with a strong focus on closing deals and driving results.

• CRM Proficiency

  • Experience with CRM systems to manage the pipeline, track leads, and update client information.

• Industry Knowledge

  • Familiarity with the wellness, retail, and real estate industries is a plus but not required.

• Goal-Oriented

  • Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

  • Ability to adapt and overcome objections or challenges, ensuring smooth sales conversations and positive outcomes.
