The company is executing an ambitious growth strategy centered on agent recruitment, brand visibility, and long-term market leadership. With a multi-month recruitment funnel and a performance-driven mindset, the organization is investing heavily in data, systems, and modern marketing infrastructure to support its next phase of growth.
This is a mission-critical role responsible for owning the demand generation and lifecycle marketing pipeline from end to end in a very fast-paced environment with high executive visibility.
Fully remote | 9 AM – 5 PM PST
The Growth Marketing Manager will own and operate the full demand generation and lifecycle marketing engine supporting agent recruitment and brand growth. This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role responsible for executing paid acquisition campaigns, building multi-touch lifecycle marketing systems, and analyzing full-funnel performance across a long sales cycle.
This role works closely with executive leadership and Recruiting Operations to enhance lead quality, optimize long-cycle conversions, and ensure that marketing efforts translate into booked meetings and signed agents. The ideal candidate operates with a builder/operator mindset, moves quickly with minimal guidance, and excels in execution, attribution, and data-driven decision-making.
Own and actively manage paid demand generation campaigns across channels including Meta (Instagram), YouTube, and Connected TV (nice to have).
Execute hands-on campaign setup, testing, optimization, and iteration focused on attracting luxury agents and teams ($50M+ producers).
Optimize campaigns for downstream performance metrics such as SQLs, booked meetings, and cost per acquired agent — not just top-of-funnel volume.
Continuously test messaging, audiences, creative, and offers to improve funnel efficiency and reduce acquisition costs.
Optimize demand generation across paid, owned, and earned channels, understanding that Meta is one input within a broader acquisition ecosystem.
Own lifecycle marketing programs using ActiveCampaign, including multi-touch email and SMS nurture sequences.
Write advertising copy, email journeys, and SMS messaging internally (no copywriter in place), with strong attention to detail, grammar, and clarity.
Build and manage lead scoring frameworks to prioritize high-intent agents and improve follow-up efficiency.
Partner closely with Recruiting Operations to ensure clean lead routing, proper handoff, and accurate conversion tracking in Follow Up Boss.
Optimize meeting-set and meeting-to-sign conversion across a multi-month recruitment funnel.
Own and analyze funnel performance across paid acquisition, lifecycle nurture, events, webinars, podcasts, website traffic, and offline touchpoints.
Apply a multi-touch attribution lens to understand how each channel and interaction contributes to conversion over time.
Calculate and monitor cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and ROI across campaigns and channels.
Improve reporting dashboards to make performance data actionable for leadership using tools such as Funnel.io, Looker, and related analytics platforms.
Use attribution insights to inform budget allocation, campaign prioritization, and scaling decisions.
Stay current on evolving acquisition dynamics (including AI-influenced buyer behavior) and proactively recommend adjustments.
Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate personalization, including AI-driven video, copy, and message generation.
Use AI to improve creative testing velocity, lifecycle personalization, and campaign optimization.
Continuously explore new ways AI can improve targeting, relevance, and conversion across the funnel.
Work directly with executive leadership on go-to-market execution and growth strategy.
Collaborate with junior paid media and creative support resources to increase testing velocity.
Push for speed, accountability, and clarity across workflows, reducing creative and reporting bottlenecks.
Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally in English in a high-visibility environment.
Represent the brand confidently in camera-facing content when required; must be professional, sharp, and camera-ready.
7-10+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing roles.
Proven hands-on experience running paid acquisition campaigns, with strong emphasis on Meta ads.
Experience building and managing lifecycle marketing programs using ActiveCampaign (must-have).
Experience managing and optimizing sales or recruitment funnels that span multiple months.
Experience working with integrated systems such as Zapier, Follow Up Boss, Funnel.io, Airtable, and Looker.
Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution across complex acquisition ecosystems.
Experience with Connected TV ads is a plus.
Prior experience in real estate, prop tech, or adjacent industries is a nice-to-have (buyer persona understanding is key).
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; able to work directly with executive leadership.
Strong copywriting ability for ads, emails, and SMS, with exceptional attention to detail.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate funnel data into clear actions.
Highly autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable owning outcomes independently.
Builder/operator mindset with urgency, speed, and execution bias.
Comfortable in a very fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
