The Video Editor will be responsible for transforming archived footage and raw creative assets into polished, high-performing paid social ads, primarily for Meta platforms. This role focuses on editing, optimizing, and refining video content to maximize engagement and conversion, while closely collaborating with marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand standards.
Edit archived footage and raw assets into compelling paid social ads for Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
Produce polished video content tailored specifically for advertising formats and platform best practices.
Produce 4-8 videos a week, with variations based on raw content provided.
Optimize video edits to drive performance, engagement, and conversion.
Apply best practices for paid social video formats to improve ad effectiveness.
Work closely with marketing and creative teams to understand brand messaging, campaign goals, and target audiences.
Ensure all video content aligns with creative direction and maintains brand consistency.
Use professional video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software to refine content.
Follow creative briefs precisely and maintain a high standard of quality across all deliverables.
Iterate on edits based on feedback to deliver final assets that meet campaign requirements and timelines.
2+ years of professional experience in video editing.
Proven experience editing paid social ads, preferably for Meta platforms.
Experience with paid ads for Instagram and Facebook.
Strong proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
High attention to detail, with a strong eye for both aesthetics and performance-driven editing.
Ability to translate brand messaging and audience insights into compelling video content.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
Clear and effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
