Project & Workflow Management
- Develop and maintain systems for tracking projects, tasks, and priorities.
- Monitor deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure accountability and progress.
- Prepare daily SOD/EOD summaries, consolidate priorities, and flag blockers or delays.
Communication & Scheduling
- Manage inbox by prioritizing messages, drafting responses, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Oversee the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and provide daily/weekly overviews of commitments.
Financial & Vendor Support
- Track expenses, payments, and reimbursements with proper documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for services, invoicing, and issue resolution.
Administrative & Personal Assistance
- Provide administrative support including document prep, research, and data management.
- Assist with personal or logistical tasks to streamline daily operations.
- Maintain documentation of workflows and ensure visibility into progress and deadlines.
