Overview
What began in 2017 as an idea on the back of a napkin has quickly become an award-winning, fastest-growing communications firm working with some big-name consumer and B2B technology brands. At SourceCode, we combine creativity, data, and a human-first mindset to catalyze growth—for our clients, their businesses, ourselves, and our team members—guided every day by our core values: Astute, Ambitious, Authentic, Adaptable, Accountable, and Audacious.
Since launch, SourceCode has become one of the fastest-growing independent agencies in the industry — recognized with multiple best-in-class workplace and campaign awards, named to rankings that celebrate both performance and culture, and formally certified as a B Corp. We’ve led the charge on building a more responsible, future-facing model for communications, from joining Clean Creatives to holding ourselves accountable to how and where we do our work. We’re proud of the growth, but we’re prouder that we’re doing it the right way.
We fundamentally believe that what engages a brand’s audiences are the depth and authenticity of the stories they tell. As our Director of Operations, you’ll report to Managing Partner, Becky and play a critical role in building and scaling the systems that let our teams do their best work. You’ll be responsible for the smooth, compliant, efficient running of the business across our NYC, SF, and LDN offices as well as our remote staff. Your scope of work will include finance operations, people operations, resourcing, and vendor management — while partnering with leadership to ensure we’re set up for healthy, sustainable growth.
