Summary
The PMO & Business Systems Director is a key member of the COO leadership team and is responsible for directing and overseeing the organization's portfolio of projects and performance. Responsible for managing IT solutions back-end business systems development and support, budget, team leadership and cross-functional collaboration, dev/ops planning, risk management/mitigation, API’s, environment planning, vendor management, and supporting the business. We are seeking someone who is well versed in leading through influence, building relationships, gaining trust, creating, and driving process improvements. This position is expected to have a key role in setting the strategy and influencing the roadmap for the company.

This is a hybrid role, with some days remote and some days on-site (typically 3 per week) in our office at 9127 S. Jamaica St., Englewood, CO 80112. When working in the office, we follow CDC guidelines.
