The Role
As a Program Manager in SpryPoint’s Portfolio 1 practice, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-project programs that modernize utility operations and enhance customer experiences. Your expertise in program oversight, stakeholder alignment, and enterprise-level execution will ensure successful delivery across complex CIS and utility modernization initiatives.
📍 Portfolio 1 Role: The ideal candidate brings proven CIS Utilities implementation experience and a comprehensive understanding of the meter-to-cash lifecycle - from meter data management through billing, payments, and revenue assurance. This role will oversee cross-functional delivery, coordinate with third-party vendors, and drive successful solution integration across the utility ecosystem. Strong leadership, communication, and program governance skills are essential for guiding projects to successful completion.
