The Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer (CPO) provides Chief of Staff support to the CPO and serves as the execution lead for the People Team. As a strategic partner and trusted advisor, the role drives planning, prioritization, and operational excellence across (1) core People initiatives and (2) the CPO’s commercial enablement responsibilities.
The Chief of Staff will run the People Team operating cadence, maintain North Star metrics and scorecards, and manage the portfolio of key initiatives - including the AI and automation roadmap—so priorities are clear, aligned, and delivered with speed and accountability. The role also supports the Impatient Thought Leadership Platform, CHRO Advisory Board enablement, and key commercial engagements led by the CPO and Benefits Strategy Leader.
