We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to contribute across responsive web, mobile, and Connected TV (CTV) experiences, from early concept through final execution. This role is central to delivering a seamless, cohesive cross-platform user journey for content-rich, high-visibility digital products.
You will work as a trusted design partner to product, engineering, and stakeholder teams across EMEA and Los Angeles, playing a key role in shaping experiences for global audiences, particularly within live events and sports contexts.
Design end-to-end UX/UI for web, mobile (iOS/Android), and CTV platforms.
Collaborate directly with client product and development teams across time zones.
Lead workshops, present design decisions, and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and UI specs.
Advocate for user-centered design while balancing business and technical needs.
Act as the main design contact for the LA-based Olympics team during PST hours.
Contribute to and evolve design systems and component libraries.
Differential
Worked with sports or sports events projects
5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong, shipped-product portfolio.
Experience in Sports, Media, or Digital Publishing environments.
Strong multi-platform expertise, especially in Connected TV experiences.
Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote, multi-time-zone setup.
Availability to work core hours aligned with Pacific Time.
Proficiency in Figma and industry-standard design tools.
