As an Account Executive for UiPath in Colombia, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing complex enterprise software deals across assigned territories. You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, understanding their business challenges and positioning our solutions to deliver measurable value. This role requires a strategic mindset, consultative selling approach, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise accounts
Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and partner channels
Lead complex sales cycles from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure
Collaborate with solution architects and product specialists to craft compelling proposals
Forecast sales activities and revenue achievement with accuracy and reliability
Partner with customer success teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption
Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments
7+ years of software sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close large enterprise deals
Experience selling to C-level executives and articulating business value
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
