In this role, you will be responsible for managing email communications, scheduling appointments, organizing data and files, and providing reports and updates on various projects. This position requires quick communication skills and the initiative to support the CEO across a diverse range of tasks.

Responsibilities include:

● Weekly Budget/Schedule reporting for ongoing projects.

● Check on marketing campaign metrics, summarize and report these.

● Manage CEOs inbox and schedule meetings.

● Report on weekly Asana status updates.

● Clean and maintain organization of Google Drive.

● General administrative assistance to the CEO, including scheduling personal

appointments, grocery deliveries, etc.
