Litigation Paralegal

VirtueStaff is seeking an articulate and self-confident Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of experience for our client. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who can work independently in a remote setting while managing complex litigation tasks. You will be responsible for end-to-end case management, from drafting legal documents and coordinating discovery to electronic filing with Arizona courts and assisting with trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general case management, including maintaining case calendars, tracking deadlines, and organizing case files
• Draft various litigation documents such as correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and subpoenas
• Execute electronic filing of documents with both state and federal Arizona courts
• Assist with trial readiness by preparing exhibit lists, witness lists, and trial binders
• Maintain professional communication with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
• Coordinate document production and review processes
• Actively schedule, calendar/docket, and monitor all relevant case deadlines
• Contribute to team success by assisting with additional tasks and projects as needed
