Your impact:

• Lead the full cycle recruitment process from kick off meeting to candidate acceptance on a variety of roles, with a core focus on go-to-market (sales, marketing, customer success, etc)

• Conduct candidate interviews, screening for the right mix of knowledge, skills, and values alignment to succeed at ZayZoon

• Keep a high touch with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure our interview process is moving along smoothly and profiles are aligned

• Act as a primary contact with candidates, building strong relationships and ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout

• Utilize recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process and track candidates, maintaining detailed records

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance our recruitment strategies

You bring:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in high volume recruitment with a focus on go-to-market roles (sales, marketing, customer success, etc)

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and hiring managers

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple requisitions simultaneously

• Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting top talent across various levels and functions

• Advanced knowledge of a modern ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) with an ability to fully leverage the system

• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities

A quick note on compensation:
We care a lot about employee experience and pay is a big part of that. We’re currently on a journey toward internal pay transparency, with that work wrapping up by the end of Q1. We’re focused on doing this thoughtfully, starting with the people who make ZayZoon what it is. Being more transparent with folks outside the company than with our own team wouldn’t feel right so we’re intentionally completing this important internal work first. In the meantime, we’re always happy to share more about our compensation philosophy and what you can expect as part of our hiring process!
