Reporting to the Head of Product Innovation, the Group Product Manager leads a talented team of professionals to evangelize and execute the strategy, design, development, and delivery of our company’s products. Working closely with a full spectrum of stakeholders to deliver exceptional product value, from ideation to execution, you will be responsible for leading the charge on ensuring that we are solving the right problems, in the most effective way, for our airline customers and their millions of passengers.
Managing some of our most critical and complex products, tools and workflows, you will use a full toolkit of PM skills. From early-stage discovery and ideation, through iterative UI/UX design and acceptance criteria authoring, and all the way to execution support, internal training and go-to-market readiness – you are truly a top-to-bottom, end-to-end owner. And, of course, that includes a wisely curated and collaboratively established roadmap that ensures customer elation and company success.
Critical to being successful in this role is experience and strength working in a high-velocity environment, juggling a lot of balls across a lot of different stakeholders, all while analyzing and breaking down complex problems to deliver elegant enterprise solutions. You embrace and enact agile practices, but you understand how to lend those fundamental principles to thorough planning, management, and committed delivery.
