Role Overview
Aircall is hiring a Director of Growth & Performance Marketing to own and scale our global inbound demand engine as buyer behavior shifts in an AI-driven world. This role has end-to-end ownership of inbound demand, with accountability for building predictable, efficient pipeline. The charter spans all inbound channels, including paid acquisition across search, paid social, affiliates, and influencer marketing, as well as SEO, AI-driven search and answer engines, global campaign execution, and the website as a core conversion engine. This leader is responsible for turning global campaigns and the website into always-on, measurable demand drivers across regions, and ensuring all inbound channels work together as a single system. You will partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Finance, within Marketing, and work closely with Marketing Operations to influence systems, attribution, and measurement, ensuring inbound strategy translates into reliable revenue outcomes. Success is measured by pipeline volume, conversion, efficiency, and predictability to align inbound to revenue outcomes.
