What You’ll Do
• Own and manage a portfolio of incubation partners as a Key Account Manager.
• Drive delivered orders growth through menu optimization, pricing, availability, and demand levers.
• Own and optimize PV (partner discounts) to improve conversion while balancing partner economics.
• Drive CPC utilization, ensuring correct setup, consistent spend, and performance tracking.
• Monitor partner performance daily and take timely actions to address underperformance.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues related to menus, pricing, availability, promotions, and order flow.
• Act as the escalation point for partner issues impacting customer experience.
• Use data and insights to identify growth opportunities and influence partner decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute commercial initiatives and resolve operational blockers.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners through proactive communication and structured follow-ups.
What You’ll Need
• 2–4 years of experience in account management, sales, commercial, or operations roles.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work towards clear KPIs and targets.
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and reports to track performance.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (Must)
• Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Experience using Excel and CRM tools.
• Food delivery, e-commerce, or tech experience is a plus.
