In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting and driving the growth of York industrial refrigeration systems. Accountabilities
- Provide distinctive sales strategies and support for process cooling system designs tailored to customer needs.
- Drive quarterly 'Must Win' sales opportunities to achieve business objectives.
- Focus on primary industries such as Oil & Gas and Petrochemical.
- Perform preliminary design of refrigeration systems and prepare project proposals.
- Develop business in alignment with company sustainability and quality growth objectives.
- Execute initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and desired business results.
- Maintain and grow existing customer base while developing new relationships.
- Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to achieve company performance targets.
Requirements
- Engineering Degree or equivalent (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Process).
- 10 years of HVAC or large equipment sales experience.
- 3-5 years’ experience in Chemical, Petrochemical, Refrigeration industry.
- Technical knowledge of industrial compression and refrigeration systems.
- Strong communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.
- Proactive team player with the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Background in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas is recommended.
