About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Chief of Staff to partner directly with company leadership and drive execution across a fast-moving eCommerce business. This role will serve as the right hand to the Founder/CEO, ensuring company priorities remain clear, communication flows smoothly across teams, and key initiatives move from idea to completion efficiently.
The ideal candidate is a business-minded problem solver who can shift seamlessly between strategy and operations—supporting leadership with project execution, financial tracking, performance reporting, and cross-functional alignment across marketing, product, and creator programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Founder/CEO and leadership team to establish company priorities, track key goals, and ensure follow-through.
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects across eCommerce operations, marketing, and creator programs to keep teams aligned and accountable.
- Prepare and deliver leadership updates, reports, and dashboards (e.g., sales performance, marketing spend, EBITDA/contribution margin goals).
- Identify operational inefficiencies and streamline internal workflows across departments.
- Own internal communication processes, ensuring key decisions, initiatives, and updates are documented and shared clearly.
- Support data-driven decision-making in collaboration with the Finance team and Data Analyst.
- Anticipate operational needs and proactively resolve blockers, enabling the CEO to stay focused on strategy, partnerships, and growth.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and organizational planning as the company scales.
