Marketing Production & Translations Manager

The Team:
The Marketing Operations team is part of global demand generation org, and works in close partnership with cross functional teams including the broader go-to-market organization, marketing and sales organizations. As the engine and oil of our marketing machine, we drive efficiency, optimization and smooth operations.

The Position:
As the Manager Marketing Production & Translations, you will report to the Lead of Marketing Production & Operations and work closely with Global Content Marketing, Design, Video Production, regional marketing teams, and external creative and localization partners. As part of a global team, you will support the day-to-day execution of creative production and localization activities while also helping to identify opportunities to improve these processes over time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, understands creative and production workflows, and has experience collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

The Work You’ll Do:

• Manage incoming creative, content, and localization requests in our work management system (e.g., Monday.com), ensuring briefs are complete and routing them to the right teams.
• Coordinate with Content, Design, and Video teams to source English master files and provide all required inputs for production and localization.
• Oversee the end-to-end creative asset localization workflow - organizing files, submitting assets into the translation tools, and coordinating translation delivery with external localization partners as well as creative agencies.
• Ensure that channel teams receive complete, accurate, and localization-ready materials to activate across Celonis channels.
• Track timelines, dependencies, and risks across all assigned projects, proactively flagging potential delays.
• Guide and educate stakeholders on the translation/localization process, ensuring a clear understanding of the end-to-end journey.
• Collaborate with the Production Operations Manager by sharing operational insights and feedback to help identify improvement opportunities and support the enhancement of production and localization processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years in marketing production, traffic coordination, content operations, or localization coordination, ideally in a global or multi-regional context.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience working with marketing production and creative teams to optimize workflows and resources.
• Highly organized with exceptional project management capabilities.
• Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines
• Proficiency with translation management tools and project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira) - preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solutions-driven, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Ability to confidently advise stakeholders on best practices for production delivery.
