We’re looking for a detail-oriented, people-obsessed People Operations Manager to help scale and elevate Curri’s People function. In this role, you’ll own onboarding, ensure compliance across states and benefits, administer our People systems (Rippling & Lattice), streamline processes, and help create a world-class employee experience. As Curri continues growing rapidly, this role will be essential in building the operational foundation of the People team. You’ll partner closely with the Director of People and collaborate with teams across the company to ensure that every employee—from pre-hire to offboarding—feels supported, welcomed, and empowered to do their best work. This is a hybrid role, working at least 3 days a week from our Ventura office.
