• Availability Monday to Sunday
• 6:00 am to 9:00 pm COL time
• One day off
• Rotative based on client needs
English Required: B2 Level
Education:
• Higher education preferred in engineering or administrative fields (not strict requirement).
Job Description:
• Ensure efficient coordination of routes
• Ensure compliance with timelines
• Provide operational support between transportation, warehouse, customer service, and sales
• Maintain integrity of the cold chain
• Optimize resources
• Ensure effective communication
Responsibilities:
• Support route creation and load map assembly
• Support other departments and drivers' ETAs
• Confirm driver availability for routes
• Create maps in WMS
• Review route status and send reports
• Quote loads with brokers and assign them
• Assign routes
• Send POs
• Review status of additional routes
Skills:
• Operational coordination and route management: planning, assignment, and monitoring
• Communication and collaboration: effective interaction with drivers, warehouse, and customer service
• Problem-solving and decision-making: ability to react to unforeseen events
• Technology use and data accuracy: handling WMS, TMS, GPS, and control tools
