The role: We've built the tech and clinical infrastructure. Now we are focused on growing our enterprise pipeline. We have a handful of large clients who love us, but we need help generating qualified leads predictably, by testing whatever channels make sense for complex B2B healthcare buyers.
This means getting your hands dirty: writing sequences, building campaigns, running experiments, and hiring agencies/freelancers where needed. You'll own lead generation end-to-end.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
First 90 days: Foundation work
- Interview our existing clients to understand who actually buys and why (ICP and JTBD research)
- Map the buying committee and decision process for insurers, PMIs, benefit providers, and large employers
- Translate what you learn into sharp positioning and messaging by segment
- Based on buyer insights, develop hypotheses about which channels might work (cold outbound, partnerships with brokers/consultants, LinkedIn, industry events, referrals)
- Pick 1-2 channels to test first and build them yourself
Ongoing: Test, learn, scale
- Run experiments to find your first repeatable lead gen channel - could be cold outbound, partner referrals, content, events, whatever the evidence suggests will work for these buyers
- Generate qualified meetings for our Sales Directors
- Build and optimize the lead nurture infrastructure (HubSpot workflows, sequences, basic automation)
- Create the sales assets needed to close deals (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies) - but only what's actually needed, not a content library
- Track what's working, kill what isn't, double down on what shows promise
