We provide high-end lighting solutions through our Signature Lighting Package, handling every stage from design and quoting to delivery and warranty. Beyond lighting, the business also manages a portfolio of vacation rentals, commercial real estate, and other entrepreneurial ventures.

You are the calm in the chaos, the operational strategist, and the person who turns ideas into execution. You’re not just keeping the trains running—you’re building the track beneath them.
Your mission is to take key operational and financial responsibilities off the owner’s plate while ensuring that the company operates efficiently, scales sustainably, and grows profitably. This is a role for someone who thrives in building systems, structuring teams, and helping a business evolve into its next level.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Serve as the owner’s business partner and primary operational counterpart
- Turn vision into structured plans, KPIs, timelines, and deliverables
- Use data and logic to support—and challenge—leadership decisions
- Build a culture of responsibility, clarity, and follow-through
Operations & Systems
- Architect and improve the operational backbone of the company
- Build SOPs, documentation, and scalable processes
- Lead weekly operational alignment meetings
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively fix them before they escalate
- Ensure client experience is consistent, smooth, and high-caliber end-to-end
Lead Generation & Revenue Growth
- Understand and optimize the company’s online lead-generation model
- Improve funnel performance from marketing → lead capture → conversion
- Ensure sales, operations, and fulfillment are working in sync
- Track key funnel metrics and continually improve revenue throughput
Financial Management
- Own budgeting, financial tracking, cash flow oversight, and profitability KPIs
- Provide clear financial reporting and insights to the owner
- Manage vendor spend, unit economics, and operational financial health
- Lead the entire transition from QuickBooks Enterprise (desktop) and QuickBooks Point of Sale to QuickBooks Online, ensuring:
- Accuracy
- Visibility
- Functionality
- System usefulness for daily decision-making
Team Building & Development
- Build and grow a high-performing remote team aligned to business needs
- Set up accountability structures, reporting rhythms, and performance metrics
- Support hiring, onboarding, and role definition as the company scales
Digital & Website Launch
- Oversee the launch of the company’s new website as a core business engine
- Ensure it connects:
- Brand → credibility
- Traffic → leads
- Leads → booked business
- Ensure proper tracking, messaging, flows, and operational readiness
Travel & On-Site Work
- Willingness and ability to independently travel to the U.S.
- Some visits may last from several weeks to a few months during major operational build-outs
