Entrata is seeking an experienced Manager – Learning & Development to lead and scale our learning, leadership, and culture initiatives in India. This is a people-manager role responsible for driving org-wide learning strategy, building high-performing L&D teams, and partnering closely with business and People leadership. This role goes beyond program execution — it focuses on culture building, leadership capability development, organizational effectiveness, and long-term workforce readiness.
