As a Lead Buyer, your mission will be to develop and implement effective purchasing strategies that align with our overall objectives. You will handle everything from supplier relationship management to contract compliance, ensuring that our procurement processes contribute to the company's growth and sustainability goals.To lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing purchasing strategy for categories of indirect materials

Internal relationships will be with internal stakeholders (HR, Operations, Supply Chain, maintenance, site leadership, etc.). Internal global team with calls that extend outside of normal working hours.

External relationships will be indirect vendors outside of the organization.
