We are now seeking a strategic as well as pragmatic Total Rewards & HR Operations Manager APAC to join our HR team and drive the next phase of our people and culture evolution.
Your Role:
As our Total Rewards & HR Operations Manager APAC, you will be a key enabler of strategic HR delivery and operational excellence. You will oversee the design and execution of compensation, benefits, and wellness programs tailored to the APAC region, while ensuring seamless HR service delivery across diverse markets.
You will play a critical role in aligning global frameworks with local needs, driving data-informed decisions, and enhancing employee experience. This role operates within a matrix organization, reporting directly to Director HR Operations & Services, and functionally Director Total Rewards.
