About the Role
The Partnerships team at Equativ manages key strategic relationships across the Equativ Ad Exchange. As Senior Director, Partnerships, you will play a critical role in driving the growth, performance, and long-term success of our most important partners.
Reporting to the SVP, Global Partnerships, this role will work closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to manage executive-level relationships, negotiate complex commercial agreements, and drive scalable revenue growth. You will also lead strategic initiatives across agency holding companies, brand-direct clients, and independent agencies, ensuring Equativ’s programmatic, managed service, and curation offerings are adopted and expanded effectively.
This is a highly visible, senior commercial role requiring strong executive presence, deep programmatic expertise, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
