Knowledge Centre India (KCI)
Established in January 2005, KCI in Gurgaon, works in close collaboration with the Global offices of Egon Zehnder. There are 5 teams that make up KCI: Research, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture and Digital IT.
The Global Visual Solutions Team
The Global Visual Solutions team was started in 2011 to provide professional formatting and presentation finalization capability in the Firm.
Currently, the team has 18 members working across 3 shifts to provide 24/5 coverage to offices worldwide. The team supports consultants, researchers, practice leaders, and partners by providing support across business documents, marketing, and digital communication assets.
The team works on document conversion, brand adherence, and provide design solutions across various medium and platforms. The team provides brand and template adherence support across all internal and external communication. Additionally, the team works with the global community to create innovative videos, thought papers, newsletters, merchandise and many other custom supports.
The position
Digital Adoption Platform analyst
The Digital Adoption Platform analyst understands desired user behavior with our various systems either by collecting data on how people are completing a specific task and/or business journey or envisioning an end state based on the user journeys defined by a product team. The analyst envisions, implements, manages and continuously improves digital employee experiences (DEX), employee digital dexterity and both application adoption and proficiency using a digital adoption platform (DAP). This role is responsible for the implementation of our in-application guidance to improve employee adoption, adaptation, and optimal use of applications. The analyst will collaborate with business and IT colleagues to define the corresponding workflows within an application or across applications that are representative of the behaviors that indicate success. The analyst will do this work for new technology deployments, adoption and change strategies, and in service of reducing digital friction.
