As the Content Manager, you are the conductor of the Filigran Academy. Your mission is to translate the technical complexity of our products (OpenCTI and OpenAEV) into seamless, impactful, and scalable learning paths.
You don't just manage the production of videos or articles; you define the educational strategy that will enable our customers, partners, and employees to achieve operational excellence. You will ensure the perfect balance between production cadence (Content Ops) and narrative coherence (Learning Experience).
Define and drive the quarterly content roadmap for the Academy based on product launches and market requirements.
Translate Filigran’s "Intelligence-Driven Defense" vision into certification programs and structured learning paths.
Lead and mentor a team of specialized Content Managers (focused on Content Ops and Learning Experience).
Support the team’s skill development in instructional design, technical storytelling, and production tools.
Oversee workload management and project prioritization within the team.
Guarantee the consistency of the "Filigran Voice" across all educational materials.
Optimize production workflows from initial scripting to LMS publishing to reduce the time-to-market for training modules.
Analyze Academy KPIs (completion rates, certification scores, feedback) to continuously iterate and improve content quality.
You’ll report to the VP of Customer Success.
The Product Team: To anticipate new features and ensure that training materials are ready for "Day 1" (GA) launches.
Customer Training Consultants: To gather field feedback and transform "bespoke" training materials into standardized content for the Academy.
Customer Success Managers (CSM): To understand customer pain points and create content that facilitates seamless adoption.
Marketing: To align visual identity and tone, and promote the Academy as a primary growth and brand lever.
Minimum 5 to 7 years in instructional design or technical content creation, including at least 2 years in a management role within a B2B SaaS ecosystem.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity or the ability to quickly ramp up on technical topics.
Proficient in tools like Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, GitHub, and modern LMS platforms.
Excellent written and visual communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Self-driven and able to manage projects end-to-end, from concept to execution.
Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous-first environment.
Bonus: Experience working in SaaS, open-source, or cybersecurity-related companies.
Narrative Leadership: Ability to transform dense technical documentation into a compelling and easy-to-remember story.
Rigor & Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with short production cycles.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Obsessed with user experience and message clarity.
Languages: Full professional proficiency in both English and French (written and oral), as our content is distributed globally.
